Planer milling machines are used for surface machining, groove cutting and profile machining of wide and long parts. With our capacity reaching 9500 mm in length and 1850 mm in width, we machine parts such as mold bases, press bodies, long shafts and machine beds in a single setup. Our second planer milling machine offers high efficiency for parts up to 5500 mm in length and 1400 mm in width.
🔧 Universal Lathe and C-Axis Horizontal Lathe
The universal lathe provides flexibility in machining parts up to 2000 mm diameter and 5000 mm length. The C-axis horizontal lathe is used for machining parts up to 2000 mm diameter and 12000 mm length; it is especially ideal for long shafts, ship shafts and cylinders. Thanks to the C-axis feature, angular drilling and grooving operations on the part are also performed in a single setup.
📏 Vertical Planer and Other Machining
The vertical planer, with a capacity of 2000 mm diameter and 800 mm stroke, is used for machining large planar surfaces. Precision surface machining of parts such as slides, guides and machine beds is carried out on this machine.
